About Us Terms and conditions of sale
SEXY SOCKETS is 'THE COMPANY' referred to in these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1.GUARANTEES

All goods carry a one year manufacturer's guarantee and faulty goods will be replaced or refunded including the price of delivery upon the fault being verified by the company. The company will only accept liability for returned goods whilst they are on the company premises or in transit under control of the company or it's agents. The company cannot accept responsibility for goods deemed to have been damaged after delivery through mis-use, in-correct installation or failure to follow manufacturers guidelines. Please inform the company in writing (e-mail acceptable ) detailing the nature of any fault using the returns form at the bottom of this page. No goods will be accepted without the company first being contacted and a completed returns form included with the returned goods.

2. PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping is automatically added to your order at the checkout.

3.DELIVERY

Delivery by Royal Mail will be within 14 days of customer bank clearance and you will be informed of dispatch. A few specialised items may take a little longer however due to production constraints but the company will inform you should this be the case and your rights of cancellation will not be affected. Goods must be inspected by the customer and signed for upon receipt and any damage sustained through delivery or shortfall must be reported to the company within 3 days by e-mail, fax or telephone.


Delivery is £6.55 (UK and Northern Ireland Only) and is usually delivered next day by Royal Mail.Please see Royal Mail link for delivery to your area.

4. COLOUR VARIATION
Colours of products are not to be taken as an exact match to those displayed due to the variances in different display equipment used by customers and also in those variances that occur in some of the natural materials used.

5. CANCELLATION
Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven working days of the receipt of the goods under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000.If you wish to exercise this right please inform the company in writing. Goods must be returned in their original packaging if feasible with all component parts and be in perfect saleable condition with a completed returns note. Goods should be returned via Royal Mail special delivery. You will be refunded for the cost of the goods purchased and the initial delivery cost but not the delivery cost in returning the goods to us.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of 17.5% VAT.
