Our Quality ranges are made from cast brass as opposed to a thin piece of metal pressed into shape in the way something such as a car door may be.
The cast plates are subject to various grades of Linishing before being hand polished to a mirror finish then receive ultrasonic degreasing to achieve a perfect surface for the various finishes to be applied such as chrome , gold, pewter etc. Finally they are laquered to provide a protective durable finish.
The internal working parts are amongst the very best available on the market providing reliability and above all, safety. Or, to simplify Mr Ruskin, "you only gets what you pays for", and here you can get the best.
